This place was set up for young citizens; four floors in a spectacular building. But what should we do in order to turn it into a real home for you?

The City launched its Insights website

Young residents know how the new center can engage them. The City decided to design its strategic plan by getting advice directly from young residents and making them part of the change.

Insights enables you to reach out through various channels: personalized emails, text messages, campaigns on social networks, physical roundtables and phone calls (IVR).

Our algorithms grouped together similar statements and asked users to verify the matching and offer an insight for each group. All insights were reviewed and verified by our team.
