Chaim Fialkoff


Chaim is currently a planning and economics consultant, working primarily with national agencies, municipalities and NGOs in the areas of housing affordability, statutory planning guidelines and social and demographic issues in planning. For 27 years he worked for the Ministry of Construction and Housing in senior staff positions including Head of Urban Planning, Director of Property and Housing, Economic Advisor to the Minister and Senior Deputy Director General for Planning and Coordination.

 Before moving to Israel, he was a Senior Project Manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff, an international consulting firm based in New York City. Chaim received his doctorate degree in City Planning from Colombia University.
