Shir was a strategic analyst in the Israeli intelligence corps and later worked in marketing as a senior campaign manager. Shir is a firm believer in community empowerment and passionate about innovative management models which led him to learn about Insights. He joined the team in 2021 to lead Insights' engagement efforts with governments, cities and nonprofits around the world.
