This Is How We Designed A Strategy For Our Youth Center
Months before the launch, the city defined its consulting question:
This place was set up for young citizens; four floors in a spectacular building. But what should we do in order to turn it into a real home for you?
The City launched its Insights website
Young residents know how the new center can engage them. The City decided to design its strategic plan by getting advice directly from young residents and making them part of the change.
All the advice was collected through various platforms
Insights enables you to reach out through various channels: personalized emails, text messages, campaigns on social networks, physical roundtables and phone calls (IVR).
Our AI-powered platform turned answers into insights
Participants were invited to highlight key points in their answers and connect them to insights. Our algorithms grouped together similar highlights and asked city leaders to draft an insight for each highlight.
Viele User extrahierten die wesentlichen Punkte aus ihren Antworten.
Unsere Analysten schlossen die Analyse ab und legten die Erkenntnisse vor.
Die Entscheidungsträger vor Ort bestätigten die Erkenntnisse.
The insights shaped the entire strategy of Mazeh 9
"Meaningful meeting opportunities are limited. There is a need to create a difference space for it..."
“We lack the resources to help young people take their exciting new ideas and carry them out...”
“At home, everyone is able to find their own place within it and arrange it to their liking...”
The City decided on the contents, design, and policies of Mazeh 9. Then, each participant received a personal update on his/her impact:
