Anat has three years of experience in leading change in government. She is currently leading the "New Way" project, a national crowd-consulting work that involves 12 government ministries. The insights curated in this project are changing the way the Israeli government works to integrate the Ethiopian community into mainstream Israeli society. She also helped the leadership of the National Insurance Institute to change the way medical committees examining the eligibility of citizens to benefits works.
Anat holds a Master's Degree in Law from Bar Ilan University and was ranked first in her class. She earned her BA in Politics and Government, Sociology and Anthropology with high honors at Ben-Gurion University. Anat was a training coordinator and senior group facilitator at the Ben-Gurion Heritage Institute, where she facilitated discussions on various social issues for senior officers. Also during her studies, Anat participated in the "Urban Innovation Interns Plan" of Tel Aviv.
