Elinor has extensive experience in entrepreneurship and process transformation in the fields of arts, culture and education. In recent years, she managed a comprehensive educational training program, established a center for professional dance studies, and developed unique volunteering projects to support youth at risk. Elinor completed her training as a professional dancer at the Academy High School in Jerusalem, and she later performed both in Israel and abroad. Elinor holds a B.A. in Dance, Theater and Education with honors, and she is currently writing a thesis as part of her studies for an M.A. degree in Visual Literacy.
