Ralf joined Insights DE as Managing Director by the end of 2019. He looks back upon many years of experience as an independent consultant for the design and implementation of participation- and consultation projects. His main fields are expert consultations in the area of research and development and civil society-policy advice. Ralf studied philosophy and cultural studies in Bremen, Paris and Cologne and received his doctorate with a dissertation in the field of ethics at the Free University of Berlin.
