Ran is serving as the CEO of Insights.US since 2019. He works with various organizations to explore the value Insights.US can generate for them. Ran was the third employee to join the team back in 2011. Through the years he was helping dozens of senior executives to lead change in their own organizations. For several years he was the Chief Operating Officer, working with dozens of government agencies, local authorities and businesses and managing consulting projects for them.

Ran received a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University after earning his BA with honors in Politics and Government and Middle Eastern Studies at Ben-Gurion University. During his studies, Ran took an active part in the Ayalim Association for settling the Negev and the Galilee. He was in charge of the youth department of Dimona, where he led and managed the creation of an informal education plan for youth in the city. Ran was an officer in the paratroopers. He completed the officer training course as an outstanding cadet in his company and was later named outstanding officer by the General of Command.
