This is How We Made Our Digitization Conference Inclusive
First, we defined the key question of our conference:
How can cities and businesses ensure that city centers remain the number one venue for all citizens?
We engaged the participants before, during and after the event
Understanding the implications of digitization on communication and mobility cannot happen only with speakers. The participants had valuable insights we needed them to share on our Insights website.
We used several engagement channels to gather answers
Insights enables you to reach out through various channels: personalized emails, text messages, campaigns on social networks, physical roundtables and phone calls (IVR).
Our AI-powered platform turned answers into insights
Our algorithms grouped similar highlights together and asked users to offer an insight for each group. All insights were validated before they were presented on stage and emailed to the conference participants.
Viele User extrahierten die wesentlichen Punkte aus ihren Antworten.
Unsere Analysten schlossen die Analyse ab und legten die Erkenntnisse vor.
Die Entscheidungsträger vor Ort bestätigten die Erkenntnisse.
The insights reflected the wisdom of the participants
“To create attractive city centers, all relevant actors (trading, citizens, initiatives, communities) must find new ways to collaborate and work together...”
“Multi-Functionality: City centers should be places where one feels comfortable to go shopping, use services, relax and most importantly engage in social exchanges...”
“A better shopping experience through appealing window dressing, emotional product presentations and perfect service mentality are an essential part of the future city we need...”
There were no decisions at the conference, but the participants were invited to explore answers and insights of their colleagues
